Hey mama - I'm Kate!

Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant, Registered Nurse & Midwife

I know exactly how overwhelming sleep struggles can be. After having my son, I found myself in survival mode, desperately trying to get him to nap during the day and waking every hour at night. I spent countless hours driving around just to get him to sleep, only for him to wake the moment we stopped (IYKYK). On top of that, his severe tongue tie made feeding difficult, adding even more stress to our already sleep-deprived days.

 

Like so many parents, I tried everything - reading blogs, scrolling through forums, and diving into online advice. But no amount of searching could replace the relief I felt when I finally reached out to a Sleep Consultant. With the right support, everything began to change. Sleep returned to our lives, the heavy fog of exhaustion lifted, and our family began to actually thrive!  

 

That’s when I knew I wanted to help other families navigate their own sleep struggles. With over 13 years experience as a nurse and midwife, I’ve always loved supporting families - and now I do that through sleep consulting. If you're struggling with your little one’s sleep, I’m here to empower you with the tools, strategies, and support you need. Better sleep is possible and necessary, for you and your family.
